Welcome to OiTube (the "App"), which is provided by OiTube Team ("we" or "us"). We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. This privacy policy describes how we collects, processes, and protects personal data about you through the App. This Privacy Policy also describes your rights in relation to your personal data.

a.Account information: You could login OiTube with your Google account. Google makes information available to us through their APIs. The information we receive depends on what information you (via your privacy settings) or the platform or service decide to give us. b.Content information generated when you communicate with us, such as your email address, mobile phone number and/or any other personal information you disclose with us.
c.Information we collect automatically from you including internet or other electronic network activity information: (3)the time you log in, how long you stay in-app, which function you access to, what content you view, select or like, and duration and frequency of your respective activities; your device information (Android ID, Google Advertising ID, Mac address, Hardware Serial Number, Device Model, Operating system, System language and region), your Network information (IP address, Network type, Network carrier);
d.Other Data: We will collect app's performance crash log data, users' Installed Packages information, ie. the Version and Installation Time you installed, and Event Tracking Data such as Time on site. These Data will be uploaded to https://l.itbakit.com/, which is securely managed by us. 
2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND THE BASIS ON WHICH WE USE IT
A.We use your personal data for the following purposes:
a.Create your own account: if you register with a third-party account (e.g., Google account), we will obtain the relevant information of your third-party account to help you create an account.
b.contractual obligations: we use your personal data to meet our contractual obligations to you under our terms and conditions of use or to take steps at your request prior to entering into such contract;
c.service operations: we process your personal data to provide the Services that you request, such as to connect you with other users; 
d.service improvements: we analyze usage information, including site analytics, to ensure the operational safety and continually improve the user experience;
